From the Gifty Naa DK collection this is Mother Africa, an authentic Ghanian wood carving meant to hang on the wall.
Mother Africa is an outline of the African coastline with a woman's head inside it residing under the coconut tree. She is hand carved in a hard wood. She's got a scarf wrapped around her hair. The wood is a dark brown with green leaves in the palm tree and green and brown colours in the scarf around the woman's hair.
