His Love Apple Sauce is a ketchup with a kick! It contains no apples, but is blended from sun-ripe tomatoes and chilli.
Use it as amarinade for tasty spare ribs or drum sticks, or add a bit of Caribbean sunshine to your traditional British fare by splashing a healthy dollop on your pasta, mash, bangers, burgers or BLTs.
It's also a perfect dip for prawns, potato wedges, chips etc.
