Evalena's Scandiribbean Kitchen was born out of our passion for food. We just love food! We love eating it, cooking it, talking about it, watching other people cooking it etc etc etc. Scandiribbean, in case you haven't guessed, is a play on the words Scandinavian and Caribbean - fusing our cultural and culinary backgrounds together.
